incident injury report formFrom JDSupra, Howard Ankin discusses some of the ambiguities in workers compensation claims when a worker is classified as an independent contractor.  A worker who is classified as an independent contractor is not usually able to collect a workers compensation claim, however, if the workers compensation court may review to determine if the worker was misclassified and whether the worker may be eligible to collect on a workers compensation claim.
